Our premises at 9 Davies Street in Chamdor includes a 4 000m2 factory and warehouse, along with 4 000m2 office space. We operate 22 Plastic Injection Moulding machines, ranging from 50 tonnes to 900 tonnes, allowing us to mould items weighing over 6kg (6 000g).

Whether you have already computerised your design (using Mastercam, SolidWorks, Auto CAD or Part Adviser), or simply sketched out your idea on a piece of paper, our mould designers will take your product from concept to reality using the latest computer-assisted design technology.
CUSTOM PLASTIC INJECTION MOULD MAKING
Once the design is finalised, the mould for your product will be created. The price of the mould is influenced by various factors, such as the size and complexity of the mould, the number of cavities, the material used and the finished texture you require.
We have our own machine shop and CNC machines. Our seasoned tool & die maker has over 30 years experience in the industry.
We have also built close and trusted relationships with state-of-the-art mould manufacturers in China who use the latest engineering technology, powered by Power Mill, Solid Edge and Edge Cam software. They also use EN19T steel during their mould manufacturing process, ensuring moulds of the highest quality at extremely competitive prices.
Once the mould has been put through various Statistical Process Controls, product samples are produced and rigorously tested to ensure that both the mould and the final product adhere to strict standards. When we are satisfied that the mould produces the perfect product, it is forwarded to you for sign-off and we can start with production.
CUSTOM PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING
Bambisana Plastics uses different raw materials in the manufacturing process. The raw material is prepared according to your requirements, and also includes fire retardant and UV stabilisers.
We are capable of doing high-volume injection moulding runs.
When you need to produce hundreds, thousands, or indeed millions of the same plastic product, injection moulding is the most effective manufacturing process. First, the raw material (small plastic beads or pellets) are heated to a liquid or near liquid state, and then it is transferred into the cavity of a metal mould under high pressure.
To determine the costs involved in single cavity injection moulding, you can count on the raw material to make up 30% - 50% of the selling price. The balance of the price is to cover the machine processing time, labour, overheads and profit margin.
